Return Policy
- If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase it may be returned within 7 days for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Angel Treasures will refund the cost of the merchandise less the shipping and handling charges as long as the return requirements are satisfactorily met.
- The customer must e-mail for a return authorization number before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- All merchandise is checked for damages or flaws prior to shipping. You must call Angel Treasures at 248.650.4944 to report any damages that may have occurred during shipping within 48 hours of receipt of package.
- Please report any sign of external box damage to the package with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
- All sales are considered final 10 days from the date of shipping.
- The customer must return all merchandise in its original, saleable condition, including any and all internal packaging including, but not limited to, foam, plastic wrap, popcorn and enclosure cards. Refunds will not be issued if all items and parts are not complete or if there is damage as a result of improper packaging, handling or care.
- The customer must include a copy of the packaging slip with the merchandise.
- For customer protection, Angel Treasures reserves the right to verify any order with the customer prior to shipping.
- No order will ship until proper credit card authorization is obtained.
- We can replace damaged or defective merchandise, however we cannot exchange them. To expedite the procedure, please re-order exactly what you want as soon as possible. You will need to return the damaged or defective product for a refund and re-order the merchandise you want. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the merchandize being returned. New purchases will be made at the current price and previous discounts and promotions will not apply.
